PROJECT / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR London Salary 45k
We are seeking a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor from a Civils contractor background.
The candidate must have contractor experience within the Rail, Infrastructure sector.
The successful candidate will be seconded to work for our clients (civil engineering contractors), commercially managing projects on their behalf.
The position will be mainly site based and probably involve 1-3 projects per annum dependant on size and value
Preferable skills: BSc in Quantity surveying or equivalent.Rail / Utilities / Infrastructure experience is a must.

Main Contractor with links to a Social Housing Provider have identified a need for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Cornwall.
This is an office based role, however, time will be spent visiting sites to determine costs. You must have estimating experience as well as surveying knowledge on a variety of projects such as Social and Speculative housing, new build and refurbishment, along with other general contracts ranging in value between 40k and 1.5m. These may be under standard JCT contracts or schedule of rates.
