Due to continued success in securing new contracts, our client is urgently seeking to recruit a Junior / Assistant Estimator to work alongside the Senior Estimator on both traditional and design & build projects with values ranging from 1- 8m. Our client is an expanding medium sized contractor who concentrate on the education, health care and public housing sectors within the Surrey, Kent and South London areas.
Candidates must have some estimating experience with a contractor working on traditional and D&B projects; candidates who have worked solely with housing developers may not be considered as their experience will be too narrowly based. Knowledge of CONQUEST software package is preferred.

Due to national growth, our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Reading division. All candidates must be degree qualified with experience of high value private and public sector projects. Familiarity with "Time Serve" software is essential.

Main Contractor with links to a Social Housing Provider have identified a need for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Cornwall.
This is an office based role, however, time will be spent visiting sites to determine costs. You must have estimating experience as well as surveying knowledge on a variety of projects such as Social and Speculative housing, new build and refurbishment, along with other general contracts ranging in value between 40k and 1.5m. These may be under standard JCT contracts or schedule of rates.
