| Job Description : | Intermediate Estimator Maidstone Salary 45k Candidates will be involved in Analytical Estimating on new build
projects surrounding the Social Housing and Education arenas.
Applicant must come from a main contractor background. Role will involve:
Taking off quantities
Preparing bills of quantities
Sub-contract quotes
Attending pre tender meetings
Liaising with Contracts Managers Performance Related Bonus to 15% of Salary (Discretionary)
Family Private Medical Care
Car Allowance, 10% of Basic Salary
Non Contributory Pension to be negotiated
