My Client is one of the nations top General Contractors and is looking for their next Chief Estimator.
If you are a limited Intermediate /Senior Estimator that is looking to move up the ladder and don't feel your getting the right opportunityo Then this position is for you!
The ideal candidate would have:
Experience in creating and monitoring construction estimates across a variety of ICI projects and delivery methods, including lump sum, construction management and design build,
The ability to lead a team in the preparation of estimates for major projects (USD 50,000,000 Plus.),
o Several years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating of ICI projects.
o A strong understanding of related computer applications and scheduling software
o Must continue to hold strong relationships with trades & clients
o Well developed communication skills
