They are committed to developing their business substantially over the next 5 years and see the successful candidate as being a key part of this strategy. Therefore, they are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to take responsibility of their busy design department.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Director you will be responsible for the planning, development, management, control and delivery of projects within cost and programme. Responsible for the planning, development, management, control and delivery of projects within cost and programme to meet both the company’s and client objectives.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the successful management of projects from inception to completion, good oral and written communication skills, team leadership and management skills, commercial awareness, business development capability and the desire to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Substantial practical experience and hold or be working towards a professional qualification (Chartered Project Manager/Engineering discipline desirable). * Excellent knowledge of Building Construction. * Management of projects from inception to completion up to 5m in value. * The ability to develop good commercial relationships with new and existing customers. * Able to organise & prioritise own and team’s activities to ensure projects are delivered within timescales.
