We are leading Design, Manufacturer and Installer of Structural and Architectural Steelwork within the Construction industry and have a requirement for an experienced Design Draughtsperson / Detailer to work on our projects in central London


You will be responsible for the design and detailing of fabricated secondary steel items such as balustrades, Hand rails, Cladding, Balconies and walkway bridges. You will work closely with engineers and architects in order to maintain target dates, or protect the company when delays are caused by client representatives. Provide effective use of design reviews on all contracts to ensure that design packages incorporate a balance of standard design details with production and site inputs.


You will be an experienced Designer able to demonstrate knowledge of detailing balconies, balustrades, handrails, steel cladding, lift shafts and walk bridges. We currently detail using Autocad and X-Steel, however the successful would be taken to Ireland for an initial training period of 1 month which would include X-Steel training if required.
